Our apartment is placed on the ground floor of family house. House is surrounded by a lovely garden.  Main path leadaing to the beach passes alongside the house. Beach is approx. 50 m from the house. A mini market and a restaurant are approx. 200 m from the house.

In the garden that surrounds the house you can find a diversity of authentic Mediterranean plants.  In deep shade of the trees you can spend pleasant afternoon hours sitting at a table on small benches.

Parking lot is close to the house. There are 2 showers in the garden (cold and warm) which can be used as a refreshment during long, hot summer days  or replace a shower in ordinary bathroom after coming from the beach.

A Sandy beach, ideal for children is placed in bay called Kukurina. The sea is crystal clear blue in color and the bottom of the sea is also covered with sand. Children can enjoy many interesting activities on the beach like building castles in the sand and playing volley-ball. Concrete  areas for sunbathing are near the beach.
One of these areas can be used by guests of our apartment. Other parts of the shore are rocky but also interesting to explore. Little path by the sea connects the nearest bay (Potocnica) with Kukurina.

The apartment is cca 90m2 large (including terrace that is 24m2 large). Entrance to the apartment is from the terrace. Little hall leads to the rooms (room with 2 beds - 12m2 and room with 3 beds - 16m2), toilette and large living room (28 m2).

A couch that can be used as an extra bed (person-and-a half) is placed in the living room. There is also TV. Kitchen that continues on the living room is equipped with gas stove and refrigerator. There is electric energy and running water suitable for drinking in whole Potocnica.

You can get to the terrace directly from living room. Terrace is facing north-west. There is a beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the islands Cres, Losinj, Ilovik, Olib and Silba. On the clear days or nights you can see objects on those islands very good. Most part of the day there is shade on the terrace so it could be a pleasant place to spend time, but also for having your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
